2016Concept of starting something different came to the mind of Mr. Rehan - Director
There are many people who only think but there are some people who really do. Mr. Rehan is one of those personality who turned the way how real estate business is being done in India, specifically in Lucknow. He is the man with utmost believe in delivering what committed, and he did deliver what he committed. Starting of Cogent Real Ventures with its first project at Palia, Near Agra Expressway & Hardoi Road, Lucknow.

2017Layed the foundation of something big, Canton Paradise at Palia came into existance.
Canton Paradise started developing at its full swing by 2017 and seen unprecedental growth in terms of sales and booking of plots. Company soon realised the opportunity and started purchasing and acquiring more and more land at Canton Paradise.
